For every order purchased through our online shop, The 7 Seas will donate $7, every 7th of the month to UNICEF to support children in conflict and poverty.
※We don’t charge $7 on your order, we will pay it.

For all online order purchases, the following shipping services are available:

Actual delivery time and shipping fee is calculated at time of purchase order.
In some cases, a custom shipping quote may be requested.
We do not deliver to APO, FPO, DPO or PO boxes.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking # once your order has been shipped.
Deliveries will be made on a business day between Monday through Friday.
For security reasons, an authorized signature will be required upon delivery.

Products purchased through The 7 Seas online shop may be eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date, and must meet the following requirements:
Item must be in original condition
Original (or gift) receipt included in return shipment
All original tags are attached and intact
Any items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will NOT be accepted.
Store credit ONLY will be applied to all eligible returns and exchanges.
Gift receipts may be requested to have extended time eligibility.
Special orders, footwear, intimates, socks, and custom items are final sale.
